The project, led by investor Stacy Hastie, includes local law firm Lewis, Rice & Fingersh and accounting firm LarsonAllen LLP, and it is the largest contiguous block of Class A space in downtown. The completely renovated space offers custom designed suites ranging from 2,000 to over 100,000 square-feet, over 2000 connected parking space, and 24-hour on-site security with competitive lease rates and generous tenant improvement allowances.

Neighboring commercial buildings at 501 N. Broadway (recently purchased by Stifel Nicholas Financial), 1 US Bank Plaza and 555 Washington (Greater Missouri Builders) increase the total neighboring commercial space to more than 1,500,000 square feet with more than 2,500 office employees.
